About Valley View
Valley View is a brand new holiday cottage for 2016. The cottage has just been completed to a very high standard, maintaining a luxurious feel while still keeping some of the rustic features such as exposed oak framework from the mezzanine floor. Complete with wet room finished with Travertine tiles. Underfloor Heating throughout. This cottage operates on a Friday – Monday or Monday – Friday bases.
Valley View has it’s own separate entrance and car parking area, in addition a private patio seating area complete with Jacuzzi®. This is a spacious holiday cottage, the kitchen, shower room and living room are located on the ground floor and luxurious King Size bedroom on the mezzanine floor above with stunning panoramic views out across the adjacent valley and forest through a large feature two story window. The cottage features Air source underfloor heating throughout, Air source heating is sustainable, and environmentally friendly. This cottage features free WiFi, a flat screen TV’s with Sky Freeview, DVD player, Radio/CD player. Fully fitted kitchen include electric hob, fan oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle & washing machine. Spacious living room with further stunning panoramic views out across the valley. All linen including bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels are supplied.
Valley View now features a brand new JacuzziⓇ Hot Tub.
The compact Jacuzzi® Hot Tub provides a private, intimate setting with enough room for two to three adults to relax comfortably.
The Jacuzzi® also offers high-performance hydrotherapy with mighty PowerPro® Jets, including eight FX Jets and a lounge seat to soothe and massage your muscles. Feel your stress and tension melt away with the colorful illuminated footwell and pillows and the feel of the cascading waterfall on your neck and shoulders.
We completely drain the Jacuzzi each week and have a regular water care routine which is key to maintaining clean hot tub water at the surface. We use Proclear® Plus to help achieve the clearest hot tub water. Our Hot Tub also features the Clearray® Water Filtration System which uses UV-C technology to provide beautiful, sparkling clear water.
We also supply bath robes in Valley View for that ultimate Spa feel, so you can completely relax and unwind.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made through Bank Transfer, Cheque (Payable to C & D Yates) or you can make payment by card over the phone during office hours. We also accept PayPal for online payments. We ask for a 20% deposit within 7 days of making a booking, then the balance of the stay is due within 8 weeks of arrival date. Further details of how to pay will be provided via email once the booking has been made.
